I have quite a few of Arkad's Products in both my home and businesses and they're always a beautiful addition to the scenery. More than that, the customer service is outstanding! A lot of creators don't bother with support for their products and many require you to send a notecard and who knows how long it is before they get a hold of you if they ever do? I've dealt with many horror story companies but this isn't one of them. Arkad stands behind his products and answers any problems or requests as soon as he gets them. He's even made a few custom items for me if he didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this company! Really helpful and created just what I needed each time

I needed sculpty maps and Arkad worked with me to create just what I needed, and since then I have used him a number of times and always he manages to do just what I need. Also his plants are low prim and excellent quality very realistic. Arkad, I love your products!
