While I was sick with the flu I took the SATs!!!

When I was a senior in high school, and took our SATs, I was still feeling a bit ok when I woke up. However, when I was taking the test, I was burning with fever (not the kind that Marco knows only too well!) and having chills. My classmate sitting near me noticed that my fingernails and lips were practically blue and I was shivering.
The teacher asked if I wished to go to the infirmary but I said I just wanted to finish the test and then go home. I did finish the test, went home and was absent from school for a week after that.
I got 94% of the answers correct! :P

I love it when i get sick!

I love it when i get sick! Well, i hate the sniffling, snotty, world-spinning-when-i-stand-up parts. But being a princess-in-PJs with my guy at my beck and call is bliss! Yes, he may have corralled me to our bed but "he (or she) who wields the virus has the power."
My guy literally takes over the daily and mundane chores and even some of my tasks at work. He keeps me comfy, checking on me every 5 minutes! He gets me what i need to eat and what i WANT to eat.
ME: I want ice cream!
HIM: Nuh uh! not good for you right now!
ME: Please, please, please! My throat is sore...
HIM: When you get well, you can eat all the ice cream you want. But not when you're coughing.
ME looking at him with puppy-dog eyes: Pleeeeeeeaaase!
HIM: OK.
So he gets me ice cream. At 4 o'clock in the morning!
He keeps me warm when i get the chills (despite all that snot and goo!). He also switches the channels when the remote isn't working.
He would really be on-call every minute for me! It must really be exhausting to be around sickly, snotty ME. So as soon as I get well, he gets sick! LOL! Then we switch roles, he becomes the prince, and I the slave!
That's love, I guess...

Women shop together, party together, laugh together, cry together, powder their noses together (ever wonder why the ladies' room is always crowded?), pamper their sweet gorgeous selves together...
Bitch around guys together, bitch ABOUT guys together, bitch around OTHER bitches together...
So, it's not unusual that women can (and will probably) get sick at the same time... i mean, after all that togetherness.... *shrugs*

Moving to a new house while having the flu
Lol Marco, I am terribly sick with the flu today, am trying to dismantle my furniture and pack the house up to move to another house, and have an awful headache at the same time.
My buckets of cleaning solution and paint are on hand so I can clean and paint the house so it is ready for the next tenants. OH, and of course I am STILL working on my SL business at the same time!
But, we gals can multitask, unlike you poor male sots!

LOL NEKOGURRRRRRRRLLLLLLL!!! I get such a kick out of your answers! You always cheer me up precisely when I need it! Marry me? Or, at least curl up with me in my den sometime soon? And you being such a young feline, why, just THINK of the possibilities!
