Oh I know this song in all 12 keys major AND minor!

We need a picture in picture with our inworld viewer, of our front self, just like some cars have a rear view camera to prevent accidents.

I think the worst time was when I met a friend of a friend who has helped me out a lot in secondlife with my business.

At the time I had only two vendors up for my FlyDances. One was the gal who gave me my start, the wonderfully talented Kala Bijoux of Material Squirrel Wings. I will be forever grateful to her for giving me the nudge. I wear her wings almost exclusively and have since I could afford my first pair of them.

I have other wonderful, generous and helpful friends who made suggestions or offered up spots in their shops for more vendors.

One of my friends... Aazy, decided it was high time there should be a way people in secondlife could see my dance videos. He sent me an IM one day that he wanted me to meet a friend of his who could make that happen. His timing wasn't really good with this message as I was a bit busy, (wink wink, nudge nudge, 'nuff said)... but because this was SO important to me, I hurried and put on a semi formal business outfit then let him know I was ready.

I met Sarah on her island, and we chatted a bit. Usually in world I am dancing during whatever else I'm doing, but occasionally if I am standing still, I'll key one of my dance combo gestures just because I dont stand still in real life either. I remember she was working on some sort of follow spotlight, but we found it only would illuminate the spot I was standing, and didn't follow me in whatever animations I was doing.

I really liked this gal and we had great chemistry as we talked. I was thrilled someone was interested enough in my dance videos to go through all the effort to host and play them in world.

After around 10 or so minutes, I took her to my original vendor at Kala's wing shop. Material Squirrel at the time was a large lovely marble building, the size of a huge auditorium. Gleaming walls and fancy architecture, it was truly a magnificent build. As I landed at the landing place before sending her the TP, far from where my vendor was, the security person (whom I'd known casually from visiting often, and who had joked around with me each time I showed up) commented on my lovely outfit, how much better it would look on his floor, and was I aware that my high beams weren't just on bright but showing right through my lovely dress?

My blush could have lit up the entire grid.

I had danced on many tables and dance poles in my first year and had no problem being nude, but somehow fully dressed, this was very different and I was utterly mortified.

I dont think I would have cared as much had it only happened around him, or even the other customers in the shop or Kala herself for that matter, but it just HAD to happen the day I met the person who would achieve what I thought impossible. Of course by the time I'd walked to my vendor (burning in total shame about this) and sent her the TP to come and see it, I'd rectified the situation.

It must not have mattered much to her as my video display vendor is still there on her island a few years later and I'm so very grateful daily that she took the time and effort to make this happen for me.

But then again, maybe she was so busy with what she was doing, she didn't notice? Yeah yeah, (snaps) that's probably it!

Well, those with parts could wind up with mysterious grid accidents if they merely use "hide" instead of removing the parts completely. Those who dont have or dont use parts could still wind up a victim because more than once I've seen people with skins or clothes or attachments wind up with the wrong texture thanks to grid instability. Even had things happen to me that I didn't see, but friends took pictures and handed them to me too quickly to have been photoshopped, lol!
